I am a new customer, what to do?
Ordering is very simple! On our website you can order 24 hours a day. If you have any questions or need help, you can reach us by email.
You can find products using the search or navigation. If you have selected a product, depending on the product, color, size, choice of taste or even number, click on the button "add to cart".
Then "Proceed to checkout" in the upper right area and go along with the ordering process. If you are an existing customer and already have shopped with us, you can login with your access data. If you are a new customer, you can create a new customer account conveniently and easily.
On the checkout pages enter your prefered delivery address and choose your preferred payment method. Then, you can check your order and submit.
You'll receive an E-Mail with the order confirmation immediately. Your order will be processed as soon as possible.
Availability & stock levels
We try to keep as many stes products in stock. Products that are stocked will be usually shipped same or next business day. Please note that advertised stock levels are not binding. Although we try to keep them actually with a modern warehousing, we can not guarantee them.
If a product is not in stock, then you will see on the product page when we can deliver the product again.
Have you put your products in the basket, they also look at the shopping cart page when we will deliver your entire order is expected.
Why haven't I received any confirmation email?
Perhaps the confirmation of your order stucked in the in your spam filter?
Another possibilty is, that you entered a wrong typed email adress. Normally you should receive a confirmation by E-Mail after placing your order.
In this case, please contact our customer service!
Cancel or revise an order
Simply write us an email. As long as your order is not packaged, you can revise or cancel it.
Our accepted payment methods
Currently we offer the following methods of payment:
Payment by credit card:
You can pay conveniently with your credit card. We accept Mastercard and Visa. If paying by credit card, the total amount will be charged to card immeadialty regardless your ordered goods are in stock or not.

Cash on delivery:
When paying by cash on delivery, you pass the open amount upon receipt of your order by the parcel service in cash. Make sure that you have the appropriate amount in cash available.
Cash on delivery shipments are currently only within Austria possible. For this service a COD-fee of 5.90 EURO will apply.
Prepayment for our customers in United States:
When paying by cash in advance, you get a confirmation email immediately after receipt of your order. This confirmation provides the required bank data. Please, be sure to specify your order number because otherwise we can assign your payment in the intended use. After your payment has arrived (this may take up to five days), your order will be processed.

Please enter your order number in the field "intended use". These are the data for the new SEPA direct debits / EU standard transfer. All transfers in Europe be converted in the course of the year 2012 - we now offer this new type of transfer aimed at accelerating payments across Europe.
If you want to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected at the end of the order process to PayPal's website. There, you can login to with your PayPal account data and confirm the payment.
Then, within a few minutes, your payment will be confirmed in our system, and the order is released for further processing. When paying by PayPal a will be taken up immediately after receipt of your order.
Due to the comparatively high PayPal transaction fees, compared with other payment service providers, we have to charge you the PayPal transaction fees. These are automatically added to the final amount.
Order confirmations - order status
Immediately after placing your order you will receive an email with all information regarding your order. You can track your order status in "My account" on our website.
